More Time with an Offering from Catherine Ricketts

Daily Nourishment Read Time: 30 seconds
Pause/Prompt/Practice Time: 10-15 minutes

"Everything is swelling, blooming, glowing, all about to burst, fertile, verdant, ready, wet. It's summer! We will never have more time than we have now." -- Nina MacLauglin, "Summer Solstice"

Pause.

Set a timer for two minutes. Close your eyes and daydream.

Prompt.

For the past few weeks leading up to the Summer Solstice, the days were getting longer. Possibility greeted us. Freewrite for five minutes on this prompt: "What would you do if you had all the time?"

Practice.

Reread what you've written. Is there one thing that you could practically pull from these lines into your life?
