Read the poem “Snow” by Naomi Shihab Nye and choose a few words or a phrase to meditate on for a bit.
Practice.
Set a timer for five minutes and journal or take notes on anything that comes to mind.
Or write about a recent period of silence you noticed in the presence of another person.
Or sit in silence and look at more art below that features snow.
