Take a few deep breaths with a six-count inhale and a six-count exhale then do a few rounds of a breath prayer or meditation using the inhale and exhale prompts below:

Exhale: Help me honor what I need now

I often ask clients what it would look like for them to incorporate more blank space into their regular daily rhythms and schedules. This is what I mean by blank space.
Practice.
Set a timer for ten minutes and take notes or journal in response to the short video above or the questions below:

—What can you reschedule, re-allocate, or cancel altogether to give yourself more blank space throughout your typical days and weeks?

—What hopes do you have for more blank space in the future?
