Take three deep breaths with a vocal exhale.

Practice.

Write for seven minutes about what comes to mind when you think of the word wonder. Is it more focused on curiosity, like “I wonder what this means?” Or is more focused on awe, like “Behold the wonder of God!” How might each of these functions of wonder inform your life, faith, and doubt?

Take a few more minutes to journal about your relationship to wonder as curiosity and as awe.
