Pause.

Listen to this chanting, calming song for at least three minutes.

Prompt.

How did the music make your body feel? What sensations came up, and where did you feel them in your body?

How did the words strike you? Did they bring up specific thoughts, problems, or feelings that you want and are ready to release? Did they show you anything that you are still holding onto?

Journal for at least five minus on this song and these questions.

Practice.

- Make a list of things you want or need to release. Start with the line: β€œI am ready to release…”

- Reread the list. Does anything feel like something you β€œshould” do instead of a natural release?

-See if you can rework it into something with less β€œshould-ing” for yourself.

- Listen to the song again if any negative emotions come up.
