Since all of life is the writing life, everything matters.

A Writer’s Diary is a place for me to capture commonplace notes, various ponderings, captions from my social media posts, thought-provoking quotes I come across, interesting excerpts from current reads, work and writing life updates, and all kinds of explorations of the ordinary and the extraordinary.

I feel like more of who God made me to be when I’m writing and when I’m practicing spiritual direction. That’s how Spiritual Direction for Writers® came to be more than six years and several hundred clients ago.

While I have additional online and offline offerings for creative souls who inhabit the intersection of art and faith, I will always identify as a writer, a spiritual director, and a Spiritual Director for Writers.
